Sorry for the radio silence! It’s been a busy few years since Tom’s granddaughter was born in 2015. But we’re still around and going to do our best to keep you more updated on all of Tom’s forthcoming appearances! In the meantime, please enjoy this photo of Tom and his granddaughter from the Spirit of Aloha at the Polynesian Resort last night.
On July 23rd, Tom visited Walt Disney’s hometown of Marceline, Missouri along with Legend Bill Sullivan and Bob Penfield to help the Walt Disney Hometown Museum open their new Club 55 Gallery.
All three men spoke as part of the Museum’s Speaker Series and are the event was so large, it had to be moved to a more accommodating space! Bill and Tom did book signings that evening, and their books are now available in the Museum’s gift shop. They were also treated to a walking tour all over Marceline, learning more about the city’s history and the Disney Family connection.

We are pleased to announce that Tom will be appearing as part of Disneyland Alumni Club’s Speakers Series in Anaheim in November! In addition to speaking, he will have copies of his book available.
Reservations are required and admission is $10.00 per person. You are also asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to be donated to Toys for Tots. Please see the newsletter release below and visit www.DisneylandAlumni.org for more information.
Please join us today in wishing Tom a very Happy 73rd Birthday! Another trip around the sun complete with many more to come 😀
Tom is sharing this special day with a new lady in his life, one who we have completely failed to mention until now because we’ve been so busy taking care of her! We are pleased to announce, extremely late, that Tom became a grandpa for the first time in September when his granddaughter Iris was born to his son and daughter-in-law! Today she is turning 9 months old and is so excited to be spending time with her Grandpa Tom! The photo is from her visit to Orlando in May when he taught her how to drive a boat (she went straight into a life jacket after this photo was taken, in case anyone was worried!).
